🪷  PRODUCT TRIAL - APPLE CIDER VINEGAR WITH BLUEBERRY AND POMEGRANATE


One of our lovely clients, gave us this amazing gift to try out so here's the benefits and why it could be one of the most important things to have in your cupboard!


I add a teaspoon to my morning turmeric booster drink every day (this recipe is available in the Menopause Mentor Support Group)



Apple Cider vinegar has been used as a natural remedy for hundreds of years and  there are so many health benefits including aiding digestion due to the natural bacteria cultures which balances gut health.


Apple cider vinegar also balances insulin production in your body by stabilising your blood sugar levels which can help manage diabetes. It has been proven to aid weight loss, reduces cholesterol and improve heart health!



So here are some of the benefits for menopausal symptoms:

Apple cider vinegar can help reduce hot flashes, but it can also help alleviate and reduce other menopause symptoms, such as improving gut health and in turn reducing bloating. It has also been linked to reducing mood swings, night sweats and can  increase energy levels!


This particular Apple Cider Vinegar also has the antioxidant benefits of blueberries and pomegranate, so it's a Yes in my book!!


Although more research could be useful as to the ACV benefits, I have recommended to a large number of my clients and patients and all with positive results and reduced symptoms.
