Over the course of 10 x 30 minute sessions, we will discuss simple and easy solutions to any menopause related issues you may be experiencing, discuss a variety of topics that may be causing your concern.
The sessions can also include a range of other elements from a safe and effective exercise plan to nutritional guidance and simple food adjustments that will help support your changing body without any fad diets or difficult to follow food plans, bespoke supplement advice, reducing symptoms and even how to approach your GP without the fear of not being taken seriously!
