I start with all new clients and patients with a free no obligation consultation call, during which we discuss your needs and requirements, any health contraindications and any other relevant matters. Once we have  spoken we can then decide together which of my services can best help you 

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
I offer a wide range of services and packages which are designed to be affordable to all, ranging from my 4 week online plan which starts at just £35 per person for the full 4 week
